Research results from Phage Refinery co-founders Dr Phil Serwer and Dr Jim Chambers was published September 27th, 2023 in Biophysica, an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal on applying the methods of physics, chemistry, and math to study biological systems.
Along with colleagues Elena T. Wright and Barbara Hunter, their research demonstrates a safe means for preparing bacteriophage samples for transport by eliminating pathogens and endotoxins without damaging the target phage themselves.
